Payment- Accept cash or by bank transfer
- 70% deposit is required to secure the date
- 30% balance is payable 1-2 days prior to delivery
Cake Images- Colour and final outlook variation may occur due to all products are handmade
- Product images have been edited for styling purpose only
Delivery
- Pick up from our shop, located in West Harbour by appointment
- Once cake or sweets left our stop, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused
- Delivery service available and fee is calculated based on distance travelled from our shop
- Once delivered, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused
Allergy Information- We use ingredients which contain eggs and gluten. If you have any other allergy, please inform us in your order notes.
Ordering / Reschedule- Kindly understand that all of our cakes and sweets are made to order
- Place your order by email 3-4 weeks in advance
- Rescheduling should be made 2 weeks prior to the original scheduled pick up or delivery date and is subject to our availability of the new pick up or delivery date
CancellationWedding cake:
- No refund will be given on cancelation within 30 days prior the booked date
- More than 30 days notice given prior to the booked date, we will refund 50%
Celebration cakes and sweets
- No refund will be given on cancelation within 14 days prior to the booked date
- More than 14 days notice given prior to the booked date, we will refund 50%
Postponements due to Covid - Anyone who is affected by lockdowns and wanting to postpone their event may transfer their current order to a new date at no extra cost
