For fillings:

We use buttercream as fillings for all of our customised cakes. All customised cakes are meant to be kept in room temperature. Hence, fresh fruits and fresh whipped cream are not suitable as filings.
Only wedding cake consultations are available and by appointment only.




For buttercream decorated cake (not recommend for outdoor event), please keep in the fridge, leaving the cake out for an hour prior serving.

For fondant decorated cake, please keep in room temperature and avoid direct sunlight before the event. You can refrigerate once they have been cut to preserve them. If you would like to keep any decorations such as sugar flowers or fondant figuring, remove them from the cake and store in a container preferably with some anti-moisture crystals.
